KidsFest Canada is a charitable organization annually challenged with raising approximately $2.5+ million dollars to meet its budget and satisfy program needs. The majority of these funds, approximately 79% of total revenue, is generated through various fundraising initiatives including direct mail, corporate solicitation and other special fundraising events. KidsFest Canada is not funded provincially or nationally by government ministries and is not a member of the United Way.

How do I participate in the School Kits and Back Pack Programs? PDF Print E-mail

Here is is quick checklist on how you can participate in these program.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Contact the KidsFest office at 1-888-320-8844 or email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . These instructions will be printed on the bags for your convenience. (For students, please have your teacher or principal contact us)
  2. Decide on the age category for the child you want your bag to go to (Grades 1-3; Grades 4 & 5; Grades 6-8). Make sure to mark it on the bag.
  3. Fill the bag with a variety of supplies from the list of suggestions below. In a separate envelope you may enclose a note to the child and a photo of yourself or your family if you wish.
  4. IMPORTANT: Please enclose a cheque for $5.00 or more in a sealed envelope to help cover handling costs. CHEQUES SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO KIDSFEST CANADA . If you are packing more than one bag, you can make one combined donation in a single envelope.
  5. PLACE THE ENVELOPE ON TOP OF THE SUPPLIES INSIDE SO IT IS CLEARLY VISIBLE.
  6. Have your bags packed together and ready for pick-up on the date agreed upon by your KidsFest representative.
